Calling All Daycares, Let’s Make Storytime an Adventure!
We’re inviting early learning centers and childcare providers to join us as founding partners in our Storybook Theatre pilot. Now through December 31, centers can book one free workshop to experience how story-driven play can captivate students and strengthen learning — at no cost.
Together, we’ll explore how storytelling and performance can strengthen early reading skills, nurture self-expression, and celebrate the diversity of every child’s imagination.

Each workshop includes a live storytime experience led by our facilitators, movement and literacy activities, props, and an engaging theme based on the featured book.
Paid workshops also include a free take-home activity for every student.
Each session includes at least 8 students. Centers may add additional students (up to 16 total) using our “Additional Students” add-on for a price of $7/additional student. Centers can book up to 4 sessions a day, serving up to 64 students.
All appointments can be scheduled through our booking system, SimplyBook.me, where you can choose your date, add-ons, and any book pre-orders. If you prefer to book over the phone, just give us a call at 217-836-2986 and we can book your session directly.

Paid Workshops: Yes, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your date and is applied to your final balance.

Free Workshops: No deposit required. Early learning center can book 1 free session to test the waters.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session before the workshop begins.

Debit/credit card payments may incur a fee of up to 3%.

ACH payments have no added fee.

Cancellations 24+ hours before the session may be rescheduled with no penalty.

Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit (if applicable).

Rebooking after a late cancellation is at our discretion and may require a new deposit.
Yes! Each center is eligible for one free workshop to try out our Storytime Experiences.
Take-home activities and books are not included but may be purchased.
Yes—parents receive a QR code linking to photos and videos from the session.
Only students with approved media releases will appear in photos/videos.
Centers must provide:

A clean, safe space for the workshop

Classroom staff for supervision
Yes! We bring all props, books, movement materials, and supplies needed for the session.
Our facilitators arrive 30 minutes before the workshop to set up and connect with classroom staff.

Centers receive 10% of all book sales, including pre-sales made at booking.

Books must be purchased using our Scan-to-Pay code as the point-of-sale system.

Any ordered books will be delivered within 7 business days.

One week after the session, we return to pick up remaining inventory and issue your center’s 10% payment.
Yes! Centers may pre-purchase books in advance to anticipate parent interest and ensure copies are available on-site during the workshop. Any books the center pre-purchases become the property of the center and can be sold to families however the center chooses. Families may also purchase books directly through our Scan-to-Pay code, and the center will still receive 10% of all book sales, including any presale purchases made at booking.
